Gary G. Cooper has more than forty years of experience in general corporate matters and civils litigation, including substantial trial and appellate work in federal, state, and local courts on behalf of major national corporations. Mr. Cooper has prosecuted and defended matters involving contract, personal injury, product liability, professional liability, employment discrimination, and complex commercial matters. Assistant Division Counsel of Richardson Vicks, Inc. for five years. He was an Assistant United States Attorney for the Southern District of New York, where for three years he represented the federal government in civil trial work and he is one of the founding members of Cooper, Liebowitz, Royster & Wright, the predecessor of Cooper & McCann, LLP. Mr. Cooper began his career as an associate for five years with the firm of Winthrop, Stimson, Putnam & Roberts.
